觀點－併購大贏家 雙引擎啟動

若說台灣金融圈的併購戰場最大贏家，應非元大金莫屬。不僅同一時間完成併購中型國內銀行，開發韓國新生地的兩大創舉，且這兩大併購案對元大金不論在海外，或國內市場的地位，都有關鍵性的影響！在所有金控家族裡，元大金總是選擇默默耕耘、先做再說，而今，不只是交出一張亮眼成績單，更成功透過國內外並進奇襲的策略，打造出真正的「雙引擎」金控。

這兩年來，韓國、印尼、菲律賓，元大金積極轉進亞洲各區，從元大證券，再帶動元大銀行，先後完成多起併購案，能這樣證券銀行兩路並進打亞洲盃，元大金是第一家。而元大金在談判併購上，也展現更為與眾不同的高效能，以此次併購韓新銀行而言，元大金開始接觸韓新，是在今年4月左右，並在4個多月內，元大金已完成對於該銀行的整個了解，並取得對方大股東的認同，可說非常不易。

至於大眾銀行的併購，更是百轉千折，儘管在4年多前第一次談判合併觸礁，但元大金與大眾銀大股東陳家、柯家仍一直維持非常好的關係，由於凱雷集團在市場上持續找開發金、中信金、遠東銀等金融機構進場比價，整個競賽過程可說波濤洶湧，如今元大金成功完成這件併購大案，意義絕對比上述任何一家金控來得強，因為併了大眾銀行，對元大金旗下元大銀擴大規模而言等同發揮「倍數」效果，至此，元大金開始真正邁入所謂的「雙引擎」時代。

而後續的安泰銀行乃至於日盛金控的併購，會否再看到元大金的蹤跡？對此元大金高層表示，元大金暫時要先「休息」一陣子，先好好完成這些新的併購案再說。一位金融圈人士直言，安泰銀行、日盛金控的併購，不論是宏泰集團林家或是建高集團兩大股東，都有所謂的「優先同意權」，談判難度更甚於大眾銀，是未來的併購者需要大傷腦筋之處，最後是否變成「雷大雨小」，就看問題能否被解決。
